Karen Leets

Karen Leets is senior vice president and treasurer. Leets joined Baxter in 2019. Previously, she served as assistant treasurer, Treasury Operations, with Alphabet Inc. from 2017 to 2018.  She has more than 25 years of treasury experience, including as vice president and treasurer at Kimberly-Clark Corporation from 2013 to 2017 and USG Corporation from 2003 to 2012.

Sumant Ramachandra, M.D., Ph.D. is president, pharmaceuticals, and senior vice president, chief science and technology officer.

Kunzler joined Baxter in 1993 and has served in roles of increasing responsibility across Baxter’s research & development, international marketing, and quality organizations, most recently as senior vice president, chief quality officer.
