Her GE experience included leadership roles in Europe for GE Information Services and GE Capital Real Estate.

Martin joined Baxter in 2011 from REXAM PLC, the U.K.-based packaging manufacturer, where he held the position of group chief information officer. During his 11-year tenure with REXAM, Martin served in a variety of key senior management positions, including vice president and CIO, Beverage Can Americas, and head of information technology for American National Can (acquired by REXAM PLC).
David Ferguson, Ph.D.
David Ferguson, Ph.D. is general manager, Medication Delivery. Ferguson joined Baxter in 2008 and served in research & development and marketing roles of increasing responsibility prior to his current appointment. Before that time, he worked with GE Healthcare from 2001 to 2008, most recently as general manager/product leader, premium MRI. Ferguson began his professional career with Tecmag Inc., a manufacturer of nuclear magnetic resonance equipment, in 1996.
